Nestle Partners LBS on Nutrition, Wellness Media Training

Nutrition giant Nestle Nigeria Plc partners Lagos Business School, LBS in a two-week Nutrition and Wellness media training between Monday June 1 and Friday, June 12 2020.

According to the course brief, Advancing Nutrition, Health and Wellness (NHW) through the Media Online Programme is in line with Nestlé Nigeria’s commitment to Creating Shared Value (CSV) as Nutrition Industry leader.
The programme is aimed at enhancing the understanding and inclusion of data based Nutrition Health and Wellness reporting in media coverage.

Designed by LBS and Nestlé Nigeria, the Nutrition Health and Wellness course will be delivered by a faculty made up of LBS, Nestlé, Media and Industry experts.
Through the programme, participants are expected to Understand the concept of shared value and harness opportunities for creating shared value in the media industry.
Participants are also expected to gain skills to interpret and report stories with proper priority for Nutrition Health and Wellness.
They would be taken through understanding data sourcing, analysis and interpretation of sustainable
development and NHW issues.
Participants will also learn best practices for writing about technical NHW terms to educate readers and appeal to editors
The Nutrition, Health and Wellness programme format is a two- Week Online Learning on LBS Elearn Platform; Learning via online Live sessions with Certificate of attendance upon completion.
The course is designed to enhance media participants in understanding and reporting on NHW and other sustainable development issues in Nigeria.
